Hirshleifers accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the original delivery date, provided all original tags and security seals remain intact. Please note that select high-luxury items, evening wear, and final sale products may be subject to specific exclusion policies.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 14-day eligibility window.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all authenticity cards, dust bags, and hangers are included.
Affix the Label
Securely attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original shipment or via email to the outside of the package, covering any previous tracking information.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and retain your receipt; once received, our quality control team will inspect the items and process your refund within 7-10 business days.
